Wye not?

We hit up another Bay favorite this weekend--the Wye River.  We headed up past Shaw Bay and dropped the hook in Lloyd's Creek.  This was what I needed after a long week at work.  We swam, paddle boarded, watched birds, took dinghy rides, and relaxed.  The weather was so perfect that K and I slept on deck under a full moon and a great view of Mars.  It was just a perfect weekend.

Finally, a rockfish!

It took us the whole dang summer, but we finally caught a keeper!  I'm super proud of Swab--he helped bring the fish in, kept it alive in a bucket while we kept fishing, and helped clean it when we got back to the dock.  

Marina Party and a show

Tonight the marina hosted a slip holder party.  Good food, good music, and a GREAT show by nature!

A/C maintenance

The Captain is working late today and we are having some issues with the aft a/c.  I am the daughter of an HVAC professional, so the girl and I decided we would blow out the lines and see if we could improve things a bit.  K learned a bit about the various valves and was a big help watching for discharge.  It's a little better, but the aft a/c discharge line may need to be replaced.

A SpinSheet Cover!

Holy cow!  My photo of Trent jumping off the boat in San Domingo Creek won the SpinSheet cover contest!  I love it!  I think he was a little shocked to see himself on the stand at the market.  :)
